  • Complimentary (free) support is available to registeredb users only within 12 months after purchase of a Totalidea Software product. TweakVI subscribers get free support within their active subscription period.

  • Note that support requests are answered in the order they do come in. That means that it is possible that you cannot expect an immediate reply! There is no support available on weekends and business-holidays.
